Who is responsible for the data

The monastery (Monastery of the Nativity of the Lord, Zăbriceni, Zăbriceni, Edineț District, MD-4646, Republic of Moldova) decides what is done with the data sent on this page. Calculemus SRL (IDNO 1026023146519, str. Trandafirilor 31/2, 37, Chișinău) runs the page and keeps the data on the monastery’s behalf, at Amazon Web Services in the European Union, and uses it for nothing else.

What we keep

For names: the names written, the kind of commemoration and the chosen days; your email and phone if you give them.

For a request: your name, phone or email, the chosen days, the number of people and your message.

Nothing else: the page has no ads, does not track visitors and sets no cookies except one that remembers the language you chose.

Why, and on what basis

Only so the monastery can remember the names and answer your requests. Names for prayer reveal a faith, so you send them only with your explicit consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Moldova’s Law no. 133/2011 on personal data protection and, for people in the European Union, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

For how long

The names are deleted 90 days after the commemoration ends, and a request 90 days after the day it asked for. The commemoration’s page stays, without the names.

Who sees it

The monastery’s people who receive names and requests, and Calculemus SRL only as far as needed to keep it working. The data is never sold or given to anyone. Emails to you are sent through Amazon Web Services’ email service.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the data, and withdraw your consent: write to or call the monastery (+373 246 51 146, +373 79 419 961, manastireazabriceni@gmail.com), or write to contact@calculemus.md. If the answer does not satisfy you, you can turn to Moldova’s National Center for Personal Data Protection (datepersonale.md).
